At the sites we manage, we oversee vehicle flow through the premises to ensure compliance with weight regulations. Vehicles found to be overloaded are directed to a designated holding yard to correct their load, after which they must be re-weighed. Vehicles that fall within the allowable grace margin and have a corrected load are permitted to exit the premises.

Our systems are equipped with ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) and overview cameras, which are used to identify vehicles entering, exiting, and passing by the weighbridges. These images are a critical component of the data used to identify overloading violations and system breaches.

Additionally, we maintain the equipment we supply to SANRAL under a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the weighbridge operator. At some sites, we also provide access control solutions and comprehensive CCTV coverage to enhance security and operational oversight.
