Mikros Systems and Syntell exhibited at the the annual symposium for the Institute of Traffic and Municipal Police Officers of South Africa, held this year in White River.
Mikros Systems presented its Traffic Calming system and portable Overload Screening products. With the tightening of overload enforcement the Mikros Low Speed Weighing In Motion systems drew a lot of interest.
The symposium was held from the 12 th until the 14 th of September 2007.

MASS 5000 is a robust portable Low Speed Weigh In Motion system. The system consists of two low profile load cell weigh sensors (rated 40 ton each), a hand held control terminal and a set of leveler mats. The system is supported by the MASS 5010 software that can control the weigh process and video cameras with frame grab. The MASS 5010 provides information for both law enforcement and bulk yard delivery applications (in and out trip matching). - more |
